This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users

1. Information We Collect

Registration Information. When user sign up for Taxi Armenia account, user specify the country and provide us with phone number. We collect data when users create or update their Taxi Armenia accounts. This may include their name, e-mail address, phone number, password, address, feedback ratings, birthdate.

Payment Method. When user add a credit card or payment method to Taxi Armenia account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive the card information. To keep the financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Location data.We collect precise or approximate location data from a user’s mobile device if enabled by the user to do so and if the Taxi Armenia app has been activated. The collection of geographic location data stops after the Taxi Armenia app is closed in the user’s device. Taxi Armenia may also collect this data when the Taxi Armenia app is running in the background of the user’s mobile device.

Transaction information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided, order details, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. Cookies of the Taxi Armenia website collect information through the use of “cookies” and similar technologies.

2. How we use all information collected from Users:

• Examine the user pattern for research and development
• Provide, progress, develop new features requested from users
• Connect with you in order to send marketing and non-marketing communications
• Send push notification and info, detailed SMS which can be essential for users
• Users rfeedback, such as ratings of Drivers. We de-identify the ratings and feedback, but we can’t rule out that a driver may be able to identify the Rider that provided the rating or feedback.
• With law enforcement officials, government authorities
• Provide users with customer support

3. Updates to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. These updates, will take effect from the date of issue. Please check back regularly for the latest updates. As long as you use the Taxi Armenia App, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and any updates we make to it.
